We offer free, round-trip transportation to medical appointments for qualified Fairfield County residents.
From routine check-ups to specialized treatments, we make sure that you arrive at your appointments stress-free and on-time.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live independently and enjoy their homes and property to the fullest.
Our Ramp & Accessibility Program provides free home modifications to eligible Fairfield County residents with mobility disabilities, including wheelchair ramps, half-steps and handrails.
